Do any of us ever *really* cook on a Friday night? I almost never do. For me, Friday night is poker night. So unless we're having a pot luck game or what not I stick to the easy stuff. I think we'll hit Subway tonight for a Brooklyn Manhattan Transit with baby spinach and banana peppers. Sounds yum to me.
If you missed yesterday's meal I suggest checking it out. The Hole in One is a great dish and sure to put smiles around the room.
